How do I report a bug?
Tap the 🐞 bug icon in the bottom right corner of any screen inside the app to submit feedback directly. You can also email us at hello@themahjongapp.com with a description of what happened and what device you're using.
The app isn't loading — what should I try?
Try refreshing the page or closing and reopening the app. If you're on the web version, clearing your browser cache can help. If the issue persists, email us and let us know your device and browser version.
How do I add the app to my home screen?
On iPhone: open themahjongapp.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap "Add to Home Screen." On Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then tap "Add to Home Screen."
How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app:

  1. Open The Mahjong App
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the Account section
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm when prompted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following from our servers:

  • Your email address and account identifier
  • Your game statistics, achievements, and level progression
  • Your in-app gameplay history and saved series

This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Your local app data on your device is also cleared.

Prefer to delete by email? Send a request to hello@themahjongapp.com with "Data Request" in the subject line, and we'll process the deletion in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
