How do I report a bug?
Tap the 🐞 bug icon in the bottom right corner of any screen inside the app to submit feedback directly. You can also email us at hello@themahjongapp.com with a description of what happened and what device you're using.
The app isn't loading — what should I try?
Try refreshing the page or closing and reopening the app. If you're on the web version, clearing your browser cache can help. If the issue persists, email us and let us know your device and browser version.
How do I add the app to my home screen?
On iPhone: open themahjongapp.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap "Add to Home Screen." On Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then tap "Add to Home Screen."
Is my data private?
Yes. The Mahjong App does not currently collect personal information. We don't require accounts, and we don't track your gameplay. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I have a feature suggestion — where do I send it?
